| Description: |
The intent of this NRFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). EPCOR currently has active NRFPs for both ERP Software and Asset Management (AM) Software. The selected vendors for these two NRFPs may be the same or different. In 2026, EPCOR will issue an additional NRFP to select a Systems Integrator to support the implementation of the new ERP and AM system(s). While the full scope of this NRFP is outlined in Appendix 1, Section 4: Scope of Work, EPCOR is seeking a proponent who can support the current and upcoming NRFPs and provide ongoing project health monitoring for the ERP and AM replacement projects. For clarity, Proponents will be provided Appendix 1 and the other outstanding RFP documents upon execution of the Confidentiality Agreement set out in Exhibit 1 and submission of a duly signed copy to James Howard at jhoward@epcor.com |
