EPCOR operates multiple business units: including Water and Drainage (EWSI as defined below), Electricity (EDTI as defined below) etc.

  • EPCOR Water Services Inc (“EWSI”) requires the supply and disposal of various types of aggregate materials. EWSI will typically arrange for material pick up and disposal. If delivery is required, this will be communicated on a case by case basis.
  • EPCOR Distribution and Transmission Inc. (“EDTI”) requires supply and delivery to various EPCOR facilities throughout the City of Edmonton and surrounding area. If disposal is required, this will be communicated on a case by case basis.

EPCOR intends to award up to 3 Master Service Agreements (“MSA”) contracts for the work on an as-if, and when-requested basis.
