EPCOR is seeking a Contractor to provide a replacement pump plant at the Owner’s Bellamy High Voltage Substation capable of performing the full function of operating 5 High Voltage Oil Filled Pipe Type Transmission Cables. Only those Proponents who sign and submit a Confidentiality Agreement will be given access to the entire bid package in an invite-only RFP and be permitted to submit a Reply.
