EPCOR is seeking proposals for design and construction consultation services (“Owner’s Representative”) to assist in the strategic planning, design, construction and move services. The primary goals for the successful Proponent are to assist EPCOR in developing the project strategy, evaluating options and guiding EPCOR to deliver the project within budget and schedule. The scope of work is to assist EPCOR with the redevelopment of a brownfield facility in north east Edmonton. The successful Proponent will be expected to provide the services described in Appendix 1.

NOTE: THE SUCCESFUL PROPONENT WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO BID ON THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT RFP’S ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROJECT.

This RFP is the first phase of a two-stage procurement. Based on the evaluation of the Replies, at EPCOR’s sole
discretion, a short list of Proponents will be established. Proponents who are shortlisted from phase one will be invited to respond to phase two of this RFP. Certain information required by a Proponent to complete a phase two Reply will only be provided after such Proponent has executed and delivered to EPCOR the Confidentiality Agreement that is attached to this RFP Main Body document as Exhibit 1 (Confidentiality Agreement).
