This project is located on 2587 Aurum Rd NE in Edmonton, Alberta in EPCOR’s Fleet Facilities yard. The existing facilities yard contains a mix of both gravel and paved surfaces. The gravel areas are currently experiencing drainage issues, including ponding and icing. The objective of this project is to address these drainage concerns by regrading the gravel areas to improve surface drainage and by paving the existing gravel surfaces, including tie-ins to surrounding paved areas where required to create a consistent finished surface. Minor modifications of the existing storm infrastructure will also be required. The facilities yard will be paved in different phases over multiple years, this contract outlines only the scope of work for the phase 1 portion.
