EPCOR is seeking a contractor to review existing distribution transformer grounding grid design for deficiencies, perform soil resistivity tests at site, perform ground grid resistance tests on grounding grid, model existing grounding grid, provide recommendations for improvement with regards to meeting AEUC requirements, implement recommended changes to ground grid, and perform ground grid resistance tests after changes have been implemented to ensue ground grid is now AEUC compliant. The Successful Proponent will also provide EPCOR with a recommended or acceptable procedure for the field testing of both
underground and aerial grounding that meets AEUC requirements.
