Note: "Hard Copy Submissions Only" means to submit the completed confidentiality agreement via email to the "Submission Address" provided herein. SCMProcurement@epcor.com Once complete, Suppliers will be invited to Part B of this Opportunity EPCOR invites responses to this NRFP (“Proposals”) from those qualified firms interested in providing insurance brokerage, risk management and related services (“Proponents”). This NRFP is not to be considered an authorization to approach any insurance market. EPCOR specifically requests that no contact or solicitation of insurance markets or reinsurers be made and doing so may result in your Proposal not being considered or your Proposal being disqualified. The anticipated initial term of the Contract will be 5 years commencing on May 1, 2021 of each year of the Contract. . EPCOR will have the option, at its sole discretion, to extend this Contract for an additional 5-year term, with the total length of the initial term plus extension not exceeding 10 years. |
