While this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by EPCOR, all services, equipment, prices, terms and conditions, presentations and promotional materials contained in any submission (the “Reply”, as defined below) may, at EPCOR’s sole discretion, apply to any or all of the EPCOR Entities (as defined below). The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). EPCOR is looking for a Contractor to perform rehabilitation services at Griesbach combined sewer trunk 14 along 107 street between 130 avenue to 127 avenue NW. EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this RFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data contained in this RFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply. |
