EPCOR is seeking to partner with a qualified Proponent(s) to provide comprehensive Facility management services to support timely and cost effective facility operations, maintenance and related services for several EPCOR’s facilities and site in the Edmonton, Alberta area.   Facility management services included within this RFP includes but is not limited to certain core services, demand-based services and optional services as detailed in this RFP. Core services are planned services that have known requirements and service frequencies. Demand based services are maintenance & repair or other services that are requested on an as-needed basis. Optional services are additional services that are available through the Successful Proponent that EPCOR may add to the contract in the future at its discretion.

The intent of this NRFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this NRFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data contained in this NRFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply

 Only those Proponents who sign and submit a Confidentiality Agreement will be given access to the entire bid package in an invite-only RFP and be permitted to submit a Reply.
