EPCOR Distribution & Transmission (EDTI) is seeking a qualified proponent to perform a comprehensive inspection, survey, and engineering assessment of multiple high‑voltage underground transmission river crossings that use high‑pressure fluid‑filled (HPFF) cable systems. These cables run through pressurized steel pipes beneath the North Saskatchewan River at several locations across Edmonton. Maintaining the integrity, stability, and protection of these assets is critical to ensuring system reliability and mitigating risks such as mechanical damage, soil erosion, and potential fluid leaks.

IMPORTANT: EPCOR will give access to the entire bid package via invitation to the Proponents who sign and submit the Confidentiality Agreement.
