EPCOR intends to enter into Master Service Agreements (“MSA”) with up to 4 Contractors for water distribution and transmission infrastructure installation, rehabilitation and replacement work. Each MSA will have an initial term of 3 years (2024,2024 & 2026) with EPCOR having the option to extend the initial term for 3 additional one year periods, in EPCOR’s sole discretion. The number and scope of projects assigned to each Contractor will vary from year to year based on budget availability and system requirements. The process for how Work will be assigned and awarded to MSA holders is described in Section 2.2 or Schedule A (Scope of Work). EPCOR’s preference will be to award to Proponents that can complete all the Work specified in Schedule “A”. |
