The Work will consist of determining the actual accumulated volume of biosolids that are contained in cell 5 and estimate the nutrient content of the solids in each layer. EPCOR requires the Contractor to provide the equipment to obtain approximately 12 up to 18 maximum each core sample for testing by EPCOR lab facility. EPCOR does not want to drill past the clay liner and proposed bedrock in cell 5. Estimated depth is 60 ft. The Contractor is required to obtain Lagoon Cell 5 soil samples up to the clay liner depth.
