The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). The scope of Work consists of, but is not limited to design, manufacturing, factory routine and pre-delivery testing, delivery (DDP according to Incoterms 2015) and offloading to EPCOR’s prepared concrete foundation(s) of multiple transformers at the following location (the “Project”): · Edmonton Garneau Substation site: supervision of installation, and pre-commissioning tests and issuing Certificate of Readiness for Energizing (as defined in Schedule “A” – Scope of Work) of three (3) power transformers (50/67 MVA 2 winding 72/14.4 kV, 60Hz) The Project will be in accordance with the specifications and technical data provided in Schedule “A” – Scope of Work, the Technical Specification provided in Schedule “D” – Attachments, and the Contract Documents. Warranty for the power transformers shall be issued for five (5) years from the date of energizing the transformer.
