The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the
Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can
be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

EPCOR
utilizes the Adaptive Insights Cloud based application for Budgeting and
Forecasting across all Business Units (and Corporate Services). This solution
was selected through an RFP Process in 2015, and has been enhanced, as required,
over the past three years. EPCOR has made use of Integration Services from a
third party through both the implementation as well as through the enhancement
activities over the past few years. The original term of these consulting
services is expiring, and EPCOR is seeking responses for similar Work in the
future.

EPCOR is looking for an experienced Adaptive Insights consulting Contractor to provide
ongoing support.  EPCOR would like to utilize the Contractor on an as-needed basis (which would be communicated in advance) to provide expertise and cover occasional shortfalls in knowledge and
resource availability within the internal Adaptive Insights Center of
Excellence (CoEx). EPCOR is looking for assistance on items such as the following:
Best Practice Approaches;
General Model Design and Configuration;
Driver Based Forecasting Support;
Long Term Planning Support; and
Regulatory Modelling Support.

EPCOR
would like to find a Contractor who has experience in a governmentally
regulated complex Industry such as a utility industry.  EPCOR is implementing integrations as well
between Adaptive Insights and other applications
(including Oracle ERP).
