The intent of this RFI is to gather information from Proponent Parties about budgetary and project supply and installation information related to Supply and Installation of a 240kV Underground Civil Duct bank and Cable Systems for use in a project estimate validation and execution planning.  A competitive RFP opportunity will be provided with project specific details and requirements, developed in part from information in responses to this RFI.
