The intent of this RFP is to find one or more Successful Proponents to provide vegetation management services within the City of Edmonton, on an as required basis. EPCOR intends to execute a Master Goods and/or Services Agreement (“MSA” or the “Contract”) with one or more Successful Proponents, with the intention of having a primary Contractor (the MSA holder who is the highest scoring Proponent in the RFP) and an alternate Contractor (the MSA holder who is the second scoring Proponent for this RFP) for the scope of work. . For greater clarity, where multiple MSAs are awarded, EPCOR will first contact the primary Contractor for the Work. The alternate Contractor will be contacted to perform the Work if the primary Contractor is unable to perform the Work due to scheduling/timelines or is not able to meet pricing and/or other EPCOR requirements. |
