EPCOR is seeking one or two contractors to perform civil works related to the replacement of the existing substation equipment at EPCOR’s Hardisty and Strathcona Substations:
a)    Hardisty Transformer TX2
b)    Strathcona Transformer TX2
c)    Hardisty Transformer TX1
Work includes:
a)    Transformer pad replacement
b)    Duct bank modifications
c)    Bus support structure modifications
d)    Cable support stand installation
Proponents may submit a Reply for all of the Work, only the Strathcona Work, or only the Hardisty Work.  EPCOR reserves the right to award the Work to more than one Proponent.
