EPCOR is seeking prompt, professional and accurate collection services with a demonstrated emphasis on customer relations.  Collection services will be required on monthly billings for multiple services such as provision of gas, water, wastewater and electricity to both residential and commercial customers. 

IMPORTANT: EPCOR will give access to the entire bid package (Detailed Scope of Work, Professional Services Agreement and Response Forms)  via invitation to the Proponents who sign and submit the Confidentiality Agreement.   The Proponent is to submit the Confidentiality Agreement to jlee@epcor.com.
