The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below.

This RFP is for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required for ditch and culvert repairs in the Edmonton Metropolitan area on an if, as and when required basis, in accordance with Schedule A “Scope of Work” outlined in this RFP.

To meet its operational needs, EPCOR intends to award a single Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) to the Proponent with the highest evaluated score following the RFP process. EPCOR will contact this Successful Proponent directly for all Work, subject to the provisions of the Contract.
