The biosolids transfer at Clover Bar will include dredging operation and pumping from cell 5 to the lower cell 3E to ensure sufficient biosolids material are available to supply land application programs at cell 3W. An alternative method can be proposed to increase the solids content prior to pumping into the lower cells |
