EPCOR is seeking proposals for design and prime consulting services to assist EPCOR in the design of renovations to the existing EPCOR Aurum Road Campus. EPCOR’s Aurum Road Campus is located at 2545 Aurum Road NE, Edmonton, Alberta. The primary goals for the Successful Proponent (Contractor) are to provide EPCOR with a solid, feasible, and cost effective, innovative and creative design that maximizes the potential of the area and addresses EPCOR’s special utilization needs. The scope of the project is subject to change, but the Successful Proponent will be expected to fulfill EPCOR’s requirements as they relate to the services of design and prime consultant. |
