EPCOR is looking for a Candidate Relationship Management and Applicant Tracking System  to manage the full cycle of its recruitment activities and support a modern recruitment philosophy with an exceptional user experience and interface. This project will implement a fully integrated CRM/ATS for EPCOR’s Talent Sourcing department, which will be used by internal/external applicants, and EPCOR hiring managers.

EPCOR’s vision is to implement an Applicant Tracking System that supports passive candidate management, mobile
technology, simplified application and hiring processes, enhanced communication and internal collaboration capabilities; in addition to integration with Oracle eBusiness Human Resources.

The project will commence in Q2/Q3 2019 and implementation is forecasted to be complete and in service by end of Q4 of 2019 (or earlier if possible).

Proponents are advised that the project has budget constraints. As per specified requirements, please provide
the best solution. EPCOR wishes to adopt best practices associated with the software and prefers not to pursue options that will require major custom code changes against proponent software.

EPCOR will provide the technical resources to install the successful Proponent’s solution with the assistance of
the successful Proponent’s resources.
