The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). EPCOR’s intent for this project is to construct a bypass sanitary trunk between 151 Street and 142 Street and rehabilitate the existing 99 Avenue sanitary tunnel between 151 Street and 142 Street. Phase 1 of the project, which is the scope of this Contract, is to construct a functional sanitary sewer bypass tunnel, wherein all wastewater can be diverted around the existing 99 Avenue sanitary tunnel between 151 Street and 142 Street, which will enable future rehabilitation of this section of the 99 Avenue sanitary tunnel. |
