This is a Notice of Intent where EPCOR Water Services Inc. is looking to obtain services for Contractors to perform relining services in the Edmonton area. EPCOR intends to reline small sewer mains, laterals and manholes by construction works for EPCOR's annual neighborhood rehabilitation programs. For mainlines and laterals, Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) method is preferred. For manhole relining, CIPP method or spray on coating method is acceptable. EPCOR will evaluate the submissions and award Master Service Agreements to Contractors that are qualified to perform the work.

Proponents can express their interest in the procurement by contacting the RFP Contact by October 13th, 2020.
The Contract length is three (3) years with two (2) optional terms of two (2) years each.
The submission deadline will be November 10th, 2020 14:00:59 (MST).

The RFP is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. |
