EPCOR is seeking a qualified contractor to execute the substation expansion scope for Clover Bar E987 Substation and procure any materials identified on the attached Bill of Materials. All Work will be in accordance with all required specification in Appendix 1 - Information and EPCOR's safety requirements. EPCOR will retain Prime Contractor for the entirety of this scope of Work.
