EPCOR Electricity Distribution Ontario Inc. distributes electricity to more than 19,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in Collingwood, Stayner, Creemore and Thornbury in southwestern Ontario. Collingwood is located about 150 km north of Toronto, ON.

EPCOR intends to award one Master Service Agreement (“MSA”; Contract) with a Contractor for Annual Substation Maintenance and Oil Sampling Services in Collingwood, ON and surrounding area. The MSA will have an initial term of three (3) years with the option to extend the initial term for three (3) subsequent successive one (1) year terms, at EPCOR’s sole discretion. EPCOR, at its discretion, will confirm actual start and end dates for the Work upon finalizing the Contract.
