The intent of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Schedule “A”.

EPCOR Water Services Inc. requires a Contractor to provide wastewater hauling from its E.L. Smith Water Treatment Plant and Terwillegar and Blackmud Creek Booster Stations.  The Contractor will be required to haul waste from the sanitary storage tanks and provide cleaning of the tanks and spill pumps.  The Contractor must follow the sanitary sewer disposal requirements outlined in Schedule B of the City of Edmonton Drainage Bylaw 18100.

The anticipated initial term of the Contrat will be 3 years commencing on July 1, 2021.  EPCOR will have the option, at its sole discretion, to extend this Contract for an additional 2 year term.
