The intent of this RFQ is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

EPCOR intends to have the Successful Proponent complete the construction of Buena Vista Pump Station, Gravity Sewer and Forcemain located in West Edmonton, at Laurier Heights (LH) (at 105 Valley View Crescent) and Buena Vista (BV) (at 13230 Buena Vista Road).  The Work to be performed by the successful proponent includes but is not limited to:

  1. Part A: Pump Station and Site Works
    Part B: Sanitary Sewer and Forcemain
  2. Part C: Demolition/Removals/Abandonment
