| Description: |
EPCOR Distribution & Transmission Inc. ("EDTI") is seeking proposals from qualified professional services firms to complete an independent Enterprise Asset Management Excellence Assessment and Future Readiness Review. The engagement will establish a baseline understanding of the effectiveness, maturity, and future readiness of EDTI's Asset Management System and associated asset management capabilities. The assessment will evaluate common enterprise Asset Management System elements as well as Distribution-specific and Transmission-specific asset management practices. The review will be informed by ISO 55000 and ISO 55001 principles, EDTI's approved Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), and recognized asset management good practices, including guidance from the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) and the Institute of Asset Management (IAM). EDTI is seeking an evidence-based assessment that identifies strengths, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities related to governance, strategy, planning, decision-making, lifecycle delivery, information and knowledge management, performance evaluation, continual improvement, and future readiness. The engagement is intended to support EDTI's ongoing Asset Management Excellence journey through the provision of an objective current-state assessment and improvement opportunity register. |
