The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

EPCOR would like to procure security guard services to provide safe and secure facilities for EPCOR staff and contractors at our various sites in Canada, primarily in the Edmonton region.

EPCOR requires a service provider to deliver the following services (the “Services”):

· Maintain on-site security services at our various locations.

· Provide resources to perform the role of Security Incident Responder and Security Coordinator Assistant roles.

· Maintain a schedule of mobile patrols and perimeter inspections – observing and reporting activities that are unusual and may pose a potential risk to individuals or property related to EPCOR sites.

· Maintain controlled access to EPCOR sites as well as alarm response within a pre-determined time period.

· Provide an Edmonton-based monitoring facility with personnel and services available 24x7x365.

Proponent must provide all required Services to be considered for this RFP.

Proponents are encouraged to provide value added services as part of this project and should demonstrate and provide details of these benefits to EPCOR.
