This RFP consists of two different projects:  Replacement of C9/11 and SW Substation.  The Proponent is to refer to Appendix 1 for detailed description of the work.  

The Successful Proponent (the Consultant) will be required to assess, evaluate and compare the viability, costs, public and environmental effects, and risks associated with each of the alternatives under consideration. The Consultant is required to produce a report detailing their findings for all the Alternatives, including comparative metrics, which will be used as  an input to the AESO’s consideration of the preferred alternative for the project. The Consultant will also be required various reports and documents, as required by the AESO, and listed in the scope of work.
