Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, EPCOR Utilities Inc. (EPCOR), through its subsidiaries, builds, owns and operates electrical transmission and distribution networks and water and wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure in Canada and the United States. EPCOR’s subsidiaries also provide electricity and water services and products to residential and commercial customers.

The intent of this RFP is to find Successful Proponents capable of providing the Work described in Appendix 1 (Information). EPCOR will primarily be evaluating firm qualifications to determine which proponents are offered a Master Service Agreement.

The successful Proponents under this RFP process will be awarded a Master Services Agreement (“MSAs”, “Master Service Agreements”, or “Agreement”).  The awarded Agreement(s) holders will form a pre-qualified list with pre-negotiated terms and conditions. EPCOR will invite successful Proponents from the prequalified list of MSA holders to quote/bid on specific projects/scopes of Work through quote requests and/or Project Requests. EPCOR intends to enter into MSAs with multiple Contractors upon conclusion of the RFP process.
