While this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by EPCOR, all services, equipment, prices, terms and conditions, presentations and promotional materials contained in any submission (the “Reply”, as defined below) may, at EPCOR’s sole discretion, apply to any or all of the EPCOR Entities (as defined below).

The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

The purpose of this RFP is to engage companies to supply scaffold services on an “as required” basis as directed by EPCOR’s Representative. These services will be used to supplement the requirements for the completion of various maintenance activities. EPCOR is seeking Contractors to provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective scaffolding solutions for day-to-day maintenance and larger projects across EPCOR sites on an as required basis. 

This Contract will be awarded to three (3) proponents: a Primary Contractor, a Secondary Contractor, and a Tertiary Contractor. The proponent with the highest evaluation score will be designated as the Primary Contractor, the second highest as the Secondary Contractor, and the third highest as the Tertiary Contractor.
