This RFQ will occur in two (2) phases: Phase 1: Pre-Qualification o Pre-qualification of Proponents, based on multiple criteria, to determine a Proponent’s ability to complete the scope of Work. o EPCOR intends to short list, at a minimum, the highest 6 scoring Proponents o These short-listed Proponents will be given the Phase 2 documents and invited to submit responses to Phase 2 of the RFQ. · Phase 2: Price, Schedule, Insurance o Responses based on detailed scope of Work will be sought from the Pre-Qualified Proponents from Phase 1 EPCOR intends to rehabilitate Clover Bar Cells 2, 3E, 3W and 4 Lining Project. These projects will happen yearly starting with Cell 3E in 2020, Cell 3W in 2021, Cells 2 and 4 in 2022 . Phase 2 for 2020 will be only Cell 3E. EPCOR reserves the right to award the scope of Work each year as separate projects starting in 2020, with one lagoon cell/year, to the pre-qualified Proponents from Phase 1 only. |
