EPCOR is seeking proposals for a Learning Management System or Learning Experience Platform (LMS/LXP) that will integrate with our Oracle eBusiness Suite, our on-premise ERP. The LMS/LXP will enable our Canada and USA employees to easily access, manage and complete learning programs that will support their growth and development. The LMS/LXP will also enable our leaders to support their employees throughout their learning experiences.

A summary of the key requirements are: 

• An online, mobile first, self-guided learning platform.
• User-friendly platform that allows learners to utilize the learning platform in a self-guided, intuitive manner.
• Support for multiple delivery methods, such as eLearning, video, one-on-one assessments, and documents.
• An administration platform that allows administrators to upload, edit, and organize the lesson material easily and with minimal training.
• An advanced reporting system that can be used to easily generate key data on learning
• Ability to assign learning based on both HR generated criteria, and criteria defined within the LMS/LXP.
• Scheduling functionality for learners to self-enroll in instructor-led classes, and managers to enroll their employees.
• Ability for managers to view their employee’s enrollments and training history, with training approvals built into the system
