The intent of this NRFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).

EPCOR is seeking to contract directly with Proponent(s) for each of the three following service categories to provide vehicle maintenance and repair services for its heavy-duty and medium duty vehicles, equipment and trailers:

1. Vehicle maintenance and repair services at Proponent facilities:
2. Proponent supplied mobile technicians to provide mobile vehicle maintenance and repair services at various EPCOR Edmonton based work centres and work sites, and
3. Proponent supplied embedded technicians working on location at EPCOR’s new Edmonton, Alberta vehicle maintenance facility (located in the Aurum Energy Park in northeast Edmonton).

These services will assist EPCOR in implementing a fleet management model that achieves sustained financial and non-financial benefits by reducing vehicle and operator downtime and operating costs.
