EPCOR is seeking a qualified Proponent to provide fleet management services for its light duty, heavy duty, equipment, trailers and other specialized fleet, based in Edmonton, Alberta.  These services will assist EPCOR in implementing a fleet management model that achieves sustained financial and non-financial benefits by reducing vehicle and operator downtime and operating costs.

The core services required under this RFP include managed maintenance and related repair services via an extensive service provider network and supported by a comprehensive fleet management information system.  In addition to the Core Services, EPCOR may consider optional services that may be beneficial to EPCOR.

Fleet financing and leasing services are not being considered as part of this RFP.

 Only those Proponents who sign and submit a Confidentiality Agreement will be given access to the entire bid package in an invite-only RFP and be permitted to submit a Reply.
