EPCOR is performing modifications at Victoria Substation, located at located at 10520 104 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta, and is seeking a qualified contractor for the following: 

  • Replacement of an existing transformer pad (TX1) with a new pad;
  • Installation of new transformer containment with HDPE lines and geotextile; 
  • Installation of new reinforced concrete duct banks, must be installed from the new transformer pad to the existing reactor pad, including a P&C duct bank;
  • Demolition of the existing power cable and control duct banks and construct new duct banks;
  • Any conductive structure (permanent or temporary) must be bonded to the EPCOR ground grid during construction; and
  • Perform site remediation, which includes but is not limited to backfill area and install fire-quenching stones.
