The successful Proponent(s) shall provide all labour, material, equipment and services necessary for the Utility Cut Surface Restoration, as directed by the EPCOR. This Scope of Work describes the requirements for the Surface Restoration of Utility Cuts located in City of Edmonton roadways or laneways.

The intent of Work performed is to restore surface conditions to those that existed prior to Drainage Construction activities, in so far as practicable. Utility Cuts to be resurfaced are located within the Edmonton corporate city limits.

EPCOR intends to enter into multiple Master Service Agreements (“MSA”; Contracts) with Contractors for Utility Cut Surface Restoration.  Each MSA will have an initial term of five (5) years with the option to extend the initial term for three (3) subsequent successive one (1) year terms, in EPCOR’s sole discretion.  EPCOR, at its discretion, will confirm actual start and end dates for the Work upon finalizing the Contract.
